Is This Sprint Right For Me?

Sprints are for anyone who is looking to grow or feel more happy.
Some common reasons to join might be:

To improve your health or wellness
To step outside of your comfort zone
To gain traction on a project or goal
To feel more happy or get out of a rut (this is what it’s all about!)

Where Do We Meet?

Once you are accepted into a sprint that aligns with your timezone, you will be sent a google meet invitation - committing to 5 weeks in a row of consistent check in’s (accountability baby!)

Will I Know Who Is In The Group?

You won’t know who is in the group until you join, so there is a level of vulnerability and bravery that goes into joining blind. However, before anyone is accepted into the sprint they must adhere to the group rules & guidelines - we are here to cultivate a powerfully healthy and supportive environment.

How Much Are Sprints

Sprints are currently in “Beta”, so we won’t be asking for a monetary investment at this time (so get it while you can!)
